Dental Practice Website Rebuild
Dental Practice Owner
Project Overview
This engagement focuses on rebuilding the dental practice’s website to improve patient acquisition and streamline appointment scheduling. The current site requires modernization to meet mobile-first standards and provide a better user experience for prospective patients. The goal is to create a fast, accessible, and visually professional digital presence that reflects the quality of care provided.
Approach
We will execute the project in a four-week sprint, moving from design validation to development and final launch. The process begins with auditing existing content and defining the new information architecture. Development will utilize a content management system (CMS) that allows staff to update content easily. Rigorous testing will ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness before the site goes live.
Project Management
Communication will occur through weekly status updates and a shared project tracker. Feedback loops are established at the end of the design phase and before launch to ensure alignment. The client is expected to provide timely approvals on deliverables to maintain the four-week timeline.
