Approach

We will execute a four-week sprint focused on iterative design and development. The process begins with auditing existing content and establishing a new information architecture. Design mockups will be reviewed for approval before development begins, ensuring alignment with brand identity. Technical integration of the patient portal will be tested thoroughly to ensure seamless user experience and data security compliance.

Project Management

Work will be managed through weekly check-ins to track progress against the four-week timeline. Communication will be maintained via email and scheduled calls. All design assets and code repositories will be shared with the client for transparency. Final launch will occur only after successful testing across major browsers and devices.

Deliverables

• Item: Fully responsive website with five core pages: Homepage, About, Services, Contact, and Patient Portal integration
  Acceptance: The website loads correctly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices; navigation links function; and the patient portal login redirects to the secure external provider without errors.
• Item: SEO-optimized site structure with meta tags, alt text, and clean URL architecture
  Acceptance: All pages pass a standard SEO audit tool check for missing metadata, broken links, and image optimization; search engines can crawl and index the new site structure.
• Item: CMS training session and documentation
  Acceptance: Practice staff successfully log into the CMS, publish a test update, and save changes without technical errors, confirmed by a signed training completion form.

Out Of Scope

• Creation of new clinical photography or professional headshots
• Ongoing monthly maintenance, hosting fees, or security monitoring after launch
• Content writing or copywriting services beyond editing existing provided text
• Integration with third-party practice management software beyond the patient portal login link

Assumptions

• The client will provide all final text, images, and branding assets by the start of the sprint
• The patient portal provider offers an API or iframe embed option compatible with standard web frameworks
• The client will designate a single point of contact for timely feedback and approval decisions
