Collection
We wade into the freezing tides at dawn, scooping the purest brine before the sun melts the crystals.

Day
Solar Drying
The brine is spread on granite slabs, drying naturally under the Arctic wind for four days.

Afternoon
Hand-Scraping
Each crystal is gently scraped by hand to preserve its delicate, geometric structure.
